Due to very strong demand of high power microscope (5x to 40x) manual visual inspection contract services, the company had fully focus in this business for the past 12 years till today.The company will check large numbers of individual parts to insure they have been made to the exact specification and tolerance required by the purchaser and also audit complete units for performance. These manual processes take place both at the company’s industrial unit and also on site at the manufacturer’s premises. On top of that, the company also provide man power support to oversea customer who need ad hoc local support for product sorting if any quality issue. The company is running 12 hours/day and 6 days a week, and frequently work overtime on Sunday to meet customer demand. The sales revenue for the past 10 years maintaining in grow and it has good potential to grow further as all work is contracted and demand for their services is growing as more companies outsource key areas of their processes to control manufacturing costs and overcome manpower shortage issue. Majority of the operators are having more than 5 to 15 years of skillful microscope visual inspection product quality control experience.
